Trinity Chambers LLP provide the full service required to get you to the final stage of attending Contracts Court and making your chosen property your new home. 

Our services include:-

  • Undertaking a full investigation into the title of the property, its boundaries and the rights and obligations affecting it and its neighbours using various Conveyancing Resources;

  • Carrying out a site visit to inspect the boundaries and assess whether the rights in title are adequate;

  • Applying to the Environment Department for an Immunity Certificate;

  • Reviewing, amending, advising you on and arranging for execution of Conditions of Sale;

  • Meeting you and advising you in relation to the property and generally;

  • Drafting the Conveyance (title deed);

  • Handling monies, including redeeming any bonds on property you are selling and accounting to you in relation to the proceeds;

  • Attending with you in Contracts Court on the completion date; and

  • Doing whatever else is necessary to ensure that your transaction goes through quickly and smoothly, including liaising with your bank's advocates and the advocates acting for neighbouring properties when boundary rectification is needed.
